Jacob Lyons

Jacob joined AlTi as a Managing Director in 2023 and is responsible for the Strategic Advisory team’s activities across real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining AlTi, Jacob co-founded Rivercrown which advised on and/or invested in approximately €30 billion of transactions in the real estate and financial services sectors since its inception in 2004. The firm grew to cover Europe through 7 offices and approximately 150 staff, specialising in credit, equity, and special situations transactions within those sectors. Prior to co-founding Rivercrown he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department at Rothschild, mainly in the Paris and London offices, and in the media, restructuring and utilities sectors.

Jacob graduated in Physics and Mathematics from University College London.
